Our client is in the midst of an exciting period of business growth and they are currently looking for a Temporary Internal Recruiter to join their team in Bondi Junction.

This is a 4-8 week temp assignment with an immediate start paying $26-$28 per hour + Super!

• Recruiting a high volume of positions 
• Assist with the recruitment process including screening CVs over the phone 
• Generating employment contracts 
• Reference checking 
• Assisting the HR team with general administration duties 

• Previous experience in a similar role 
• Previous experience using Taleo is essential 
• High level written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to thrive under pressure with competing demands and remain focused with competing priorities
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
• Ambition and drive to succeed
• A proactive approach to targets and deadlines
