Our client is a market leading global financial services organisation with their Head Office based in the heart of Sydney's CBD. Due to large scale transformation projects, there is now a requirement for a HR Project Coordinator to join the HR team and work with the Change Management team. This is initially a 6-8 month project with a view to extend.

Reporting to the HR Project Manager & Change Manager, you will assist in the development and implementation of a range of exciting business projects. The purpose of the role is to support the overarching organisational design strategy, new Successfactors implementation, and the project portfolio which could range from restructures and business improvement, through to the launch of a new HRIS.

To assist in the delivery of these projects you will be responsible for:
  • Gathering and analysing project updates from Project Managers across the HR team, manipulating data to identify trends, risks and opportunities;
  • Arranging key project meetings, including the creation of presentations, steering committee packs, meeting agendas and minutes; 
  • Supporting Project Managers with completion of program documentation; 
  • Creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports; 
  • Provide administration and other generalist support to the HR & Change team, including diary and email management.
To be successful in this role you will be a highly motivated individual, with a proactive, professional and consultative approach. You will have Project Coordination experience with exposure to HR and Change Management programs, ideally with exposure to Successfactors. You will have the ability to effectively communicate with an extensive range of stakeholders. An understanding of HR operations and use of HRIS is highly desirable. Strong skills in Excel and MS Project is essential.
