The role of the Senior HR Manager is to effectively manage HR Policy and Process, localization of Huawei global HR policies, manage, oversee and monitor HR compliance process and represent Huawei brand in external markets. Work with local experts to create HR strategy, methods to build a global approach to deal with the differences of various cultural, legal, and other variables.


What will the position involve?
  1. Manage HR Policy and Process, localization of Huawei global HR policies, Australian HR Policy, Maintain Huawei Australia Employee Handbook
  2. Manage HR Compliance Training, Australian HR Law ( including NES, Visa etc), Cyber Security Training, Critical position list management, Critical position background checks, exits checks
  3. Privacy Protection training and Policy, Information Security training and policy
  4. Oversee and manage HR Compliance, conduct complaint Investigations and prepare recommendations
  5. Recruitment Management, ensure timely recruitment in accordance with WFP and business unit requirements and within Huawei recruitment regulations
  6. Build Huawei Employment Brand, manage Recruitment Agencies, engage with and attract High end Talent, assist on boarding of High end Talent
  7. Work with local experts to create HR strategy, methods to build a global approach to deal with the differences of various cultural, legal, and other variables.
  8. Act as mentor and coach for selected HET/HR staff to develop and improve their competencies
Who we are looking for?


Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Social Science or Business Administration. Minimum 8 years' working experience in IR & Human Resources Management and familiar with Local employment law requirements. Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook applications. Assertive, extrovert and likes to interact with all levels of people. Excellent communication and business writing skills with an eye for details. Team player with strong analytical skills and good problem solving ability. Resourceful and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic result-driven environment. High Sense of mission and strong work ethic, adaptable & patient
