About the Role
Your role will be integral to the success and growth of the organisation providing a broad range of operational and strategic support. With the business stepping into their 3-year business strategy, it’s an exciting time to join. Reporting to the Head of HR & Operations whilst working closely with the broader team, coaching and mentoring two HR professionals and working closely with Senior Partners and Managers to coach, advice and manage all HR matters.  Success in this role is the satisfactory completion of required business partnering activities, progressing the people & development strategy, performance management enhancement, strategic talent and acquisition management and HR metrics.  

About You
A true generalist with demonstrated experience in a management role, you will ideally have experience working in a legal and/or broader professional services firm.  Essential is your knowledge and experience managing graduate and legal clerkship processes and your sophisticated level of relationship management and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.  A professional and articulate person, you have demonstrated mature judgment and intuition and a high level of EQ.

Please note this is a part-time position (0.6 days )
