- You have a Bachelor degree – CA, CPA, MBA highly considered
- BDM and B2B consultative sales skills are a huge plus

- You follow through with high attention to detail in fulfilling those needs

Your role in running a 360° recruitment desk:-
- Build and maintain fantastic relationships with both clients and candidates
- Fulfil job orders – 70% account management and 30% new business
- New business development - outbound calls, referrals and lead chasing
- Farm existing clients to become their business partner and build their team
- Source new candidates - referrals, headhunting, digital media and job ads
- Candidate screening, testing, interviewing, reference checking
- Arrange interviews, shortlisting and gaining client feedback
- Manage the process of placing candidates and on-boarding feedback
- Provide consultancy as needed to clients and candidates
- Meet KPIs for calls, client visits, candidate interviews
- You make the magic happen – you elevate human potential and transform teams.
