Programmed SKILLED Workforce an industry leader in providing staffing solutions across Australia and New Zealand have a vacancy for a Resourcing Specialist.
We are looking for a career driven, motivated and positive individual with exceptional, organizational and customer service skills. Hours of work vary from 6am to 9am starts and 3pm-6pm finishes, so the successful applicant must be flexible with their availability. THE JOB ROLE:
- Recruitment and deployment of field staff to our client sites across a number of industry sectors
- Screening and Interviewing field staff
- Reference checking of field staff
- Complying with all Programmed policies, processes and procedures
- Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
- Problem solving and prioritizing daily
- Being part of a team environment and contributing equally
MINIMUM EXPECTATIONS:
- Strong work history as Recruiter or similar
- Experience as Blue Collar and or Trades Recruiter will be highly regarded
- Exceptional organisational skills
- The ability to give advice and feedback, take direction, prioritise
- A proactive and positive attitude with the energy to motivate yourself and others around you
- Flexible with your availability and be open to doing overtime where necessary
- A driver's license and your own reliable vehicle
- You will be able to provide 2 current contactable work references from the last 6 months of your employment
