An exciting opportunity has become available for a fast paced and experienced 360 Internal Recruitment Consultant.
 
The company is experiencing a huge period of growth and this will be a varied, busy role.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

• Full 360 recruitment
• Take job brief
• Scree, source and selecting suitable candidates
• Interview candidates
• Run busy assessment centres, 3-5/ week 
• Liaising and building relationships with internal & external stakeholders 
• Utilize experience to identify ways to attract new candidates
• Arrange new starter information 
• Updating and growing a database of available candidates
• Ad hoc administration duties as required

 
Ideal candidates will have the following attributes: 

• 2+ years experience within recruitment
• Proactive and dedicated worker
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Professional, polished & friendly manner
• Self motivated and a team player 
• You must be an Australian Citizen
