Reporting to the National Human Resource manager, the responsibilities of the role include:

• Providing relevant and clear advisory support to a dedicated client group of 1000 FTE with regards to awards, legislation, employee relations matters, performance management, and HR best practice.
• End to end case management of a range of ER matters including full investigations into grievances such as bullying, harassment, theft and gross misconduct.
• Assisting with HR related projects including the roll out of new training and development, engagement initiatives and change management.

To be successful in this role, you will offer:

• Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline with previous experience working in a HR Advisor role.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, natural capabilities to build trusted relationships and the ability to have difficult conversations with stakeholders whilst being compassionate.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently, be proactive and host an action orientated attitude.
• Experience within the hospitality or facility management environment would be advantageous.
