We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join a busy, successful and progressive recruitment organisation with many blue chip clients.
Your previous recruitment experience will give you an advantage, leading you to great success. As a recruitment consultant, you will be servicing existing clients across various industries, as well as developing new business opportunities while recruiting for a wide variety of job types.
About the role:
- Sourcing vacancies and placing the best candidates
- Advertising, screening, interviewing and reference checking candidates
- Inducting new candidates
- Customer relationship management
- New business development
- Client site visits
About you:
- Being productive and sales driven with potential to bring in new business
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
