About the role

  • Conduct full life cycle of recruiting from cold calling to closing
  • Build and maintain a network of sources for obtaining new candidates
  • Work closely with all levels of the organisation regarding the hiring process
  • Source, screen and interview candidates
  • Proactively build a pipeline of candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule phone, onsite and travel interview needs
  • Drive the interview process
  • Conduct all recruiting and interview responsibilities according to statutory guidelines
  • Participate in development and deployment of recruiting initiatives
  • Review open job orders relative to Dynatrace's hiring requirements
  • Organise and maintain documents and data requirements to generate offer letters
  • Prepare new hire documents for Human Resources
  • Maintain candidate applicant tracking system
  • Perform other duties as required

Skills and experience

  • Experience in prospecting, screening, interviewing and closing candidates
  • Experience in owning high level sales management relationships
  • Experience in sales recruiting
  • Experience in enterprise software preferred
  • Conduct business with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to drive recruiting process
  • Excellent organisational, time management, planning and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with diverse groups
  • Proficient in Mandarin and an understanding of recruitment practices and challenges in China
  • Knowledge of and commitment to EEO, Inclusion and OH&S policies and procedures
