Whilst we provide recruitment solutions across various industry sectors, our Western Sydney (Arndell Park) light industrial division is expanding rapidly. Our team are driven to provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with our clients and candidates. We need a new team member who is willing to learn and develop their skills with the desire to provide the right people, first time, every time! You will be surrounded by an experienced and passionate team of consultants.
Reporting to the NSW State Manager you will be responsible for:
• Managing the day to day needs of established client accounts
• Screening, interviewing and reference checking prospective candidates
• Placement of candidates as per client requirements
• Providing exceptional customer service Rostering on a daily/weekly basis
To be successful, our newest team member will need:
• Experience working in recruitment or a customer service/account management/call centre role.
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Be able to multi task, work to tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player but also able to work autonomously
