Data#3, an Employer of Choice and one of Australia's fastest growing ICT solutions providers is seeking to appoint a talented and proactive IT Recruitment Resourcer to work in their successful People Solutions recruitment agency business.

This is not a sales role and is focused on sourcing suitable candidates for internal and external customers.  You will be working closely with our sales team to assist them in the delivery of successful recruitment solutions.

As this is not a sales target carrying role your responsibilities will be focused on:

• Sourcing candidates utilizing a range of strategies
• Interviewing candidates
• Advertising and database searching
• Talent acquisition

Ideally you will have had experience in providing recruitment services within the IT industry along with the following skills:

• Commercial agency experience in working in an IT recruitment position
• Experience in using recruitment databases and social media platforms
• MS Office suite products particularly Word & Excel
• Experience in dealing with customers at all organisational levels
• Well-developed organisational and prioritising skills and strong attention to detail
• Effective oral and written communication skills
