About the Company:
Since the 1970s Monash IVF has been a driving force in the development of assisted reproductive technologies both in Australia and overseas.  Our infertility treatments and services are delivered in a professional and caring environment by a team of specialists, scientists, fertility nurses and counsellors who are all leaders in their fields.

Monash IVF Group employs more than 600 passionate staff together with over 100 doctors across its 20 Australian fertility clinics and 17 ultrasound practices.

About the role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to provide business focused, operational HR advice to the team in QLD.  As the key on–site lead in QLD for all HR related matters, you will be crucial to the ongoing development of the organisational culture and end-to-end HR processes. 

As a HR Business Partner you will assess and anticipate HR-related needs, and through collaborative partnerships across the organisation you will deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives and Group HR Strategy.  

There is flexibility in base location for this role; Gold Coast or Brisbane.  Travel between clinics will be required.

In this role you will be accountable for:    

• Supporting the General Manager and the QLD leadership team on all HR-related matters
• Providing business-focused, operational HR advice and services
• Interpreting and advising on HR policies and employment legislation
• Delivering value-added service to management and employees
• Embracing and supporting the Group HR strategy

Ideally you will bring the role:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and generalist experience in Human Resources
• High level of initiative
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build partnerships at all levels of the organisation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Dynamic, flexible and adaptable attitude
• A vibrant team player with a strong interest and passion in a growth industry
