Are you an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in Organisational Development and/or Change Management? If so, this is your opportunity to use your experience to transform our highly regarded HR function into a vibrant People & Culture Unit that fosters a high performance culture of inspired and engaged people.
You will have:
- Degree qualifications in Human Resource Management, Organisational Development or other related discipline
- Extensive knowledge of and demonstrated experience in designing and delivering a wide variety of innovative organisational development and change management initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to keep up to date with and assess the value of emerging industry trends
- Experience in managing operational HR activities
- Excellent interpersonal abilities including high-level communication, negotiation, influencing, consultation and people management skills
