Due to the ongoing success of this business, the HR team is in need of some additional support during a time of transition and change. Bring your HR generalist knowledge and excellent stakeholder management skills to this supportive team environment.
Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor you will be responsible for;
- Generating all new starter contracts and letters
- Ensure that all on-boarding information is gathered and compliant
- Reviewing position descriptions to ensure that information is current and correct
- Assist with reviewing company policies and updating them
- Dealing with any queries from a range of stakeholders
- General support for the HR team
To be considered for this position you should have previous experience in a similar role, solid administration skills and a passion for getting the detail right. You will be tertiary qualified and have a first class customer service ethic. Being systems savvy across a range of tools will enable you to grasp processes and procedures quickly in order to have an immediate impact in this role.
