CCER is looking for people to join its team of specialists.
This role is responsible for providing a broad range of services including advice to members on HR and IR issues, enterprise agreement negotiations and delivering training on workplace issues. You will be an integral part of a small, dedicated team of energetic and driven professionals at our offices in the heart of Sydney CBD.
Applicants must have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications andat least two years experience providing advice in the field of human resources or employment and industrial relations
- knowledge of principles and practices of human resource management
- Well developed written and verbal communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
- Be willing to travel to and work from our clients offices as required
- Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
