About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our People Experience team, as a HR Advisor, where you will provide valued, timely and appropriate advice to the Endeavour Foundation team, ensuring all employee engagement and employee relations issues are managed through best practice principles and organisational policy and procedure.
- Be the first point of contact for leaders, providing advice regarding industrial relations, employee engagement and performance management matters
- Coach and guide leaders in in all aspects of performance management
- Provide advice in relation to the organisation's complaints and abuse reporting processes
- Undertake a variety of projects as required to improve current business processes
About You
Your experience will include;
- Demonstrated HR experience across the many functions of HR.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching managers through all stages of the employee lifecycle
- Proven experience working with the Microsoft Office suite
- Tertiary or other relevant qualification in an appropriate discipline
- High level interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
Before commencing with Endeavour Foundation you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History check and hold or be willing to obtain a positive notice from Disability Services (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue card).
