Tusk Group is seeking to hire a fulltime on site consultant to work on our high profile clients site in Truganina.
This is a high volume fast paced recruitment role with exciting and rewarding challenges. You must have strong resilience and willing to do hard work coupled with the ability to liaise with stakeholders across multiple levels. A passion for customer service is a must with the ability to think outside the box and step up when required.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone that has worked as a Recruitment Consultant (or similar) within the recruitment space. Ideally you will have had experience working on major accounts that have had high volume recruits and high headcount on site. Or someone that has worked in a high volume internal recruitment capacity in a similar role.
The key duties in this role however are not limited to are…
- Maintaining a database of suitable available candidates
- Candidate management & ensuring all are fit for work
- Rostering daily
- Issue resolution
- Facilitating regular Tool Box Meetings
- Drive safety at all times on site with team
- Performance management of team
- Coaching team members to ensure all are performing at 100%
- Attendance at regular site meetings
- Administration/Data Entry
- Recruiting
- Inducting
- Reference checking
- Candidate marketing to increase numbers on the site/s
- Achieving & exceeding set KPI requirements
- Reporting
