Due to continued success securing exciting and complex projects across New South Wales, we are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to join our team. This opportunity will provide you with the ability to focus your skills and work across all elements of civil infrastructure. Reporting directly to the Workforce Planning Manager you will be an integral part of the Training team in NSW.
This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on onboarding and inductions. You will support our project teams with their training requirements and ensure a high level of efficiency. The successful candidate will be well organised and have the ability to multitask and prioritise their workload. You will be responsible and accountable for the recording keeping of all training certificates, degrees and tickets within our inhouse management software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all employee compliance are identified, recorded and monitored;
- Maintaining accurate records;
- Various activities associated with procurement, payment and cost allocation of training;
- Roll out of specific role based training for Site workers;
- Organising inhouse group training sessions;
- Booking inhouse and onsite inductions;
- Ordering and distribution of PPE including annual stocktake.
You will have:
- A high level of written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders;
- Proven experience in meeting timeframes and achieving task outcomes;
- Competent is using windows applications including Outlook, Excel and Word;
- Use of online training tools/ applications highly regarded;
- Experience in the construction industry desirable.
