About the role

 

Our goal is to partner with the business to attract and select the best talent for the job, every time and to significantly improve the candidate experience.

 

You will work closely with your portfolio of internal hiring managers and be responsible for the delivery of end to end recruitment. You will provide professional consultancy and advisory services around best practice recruitment and selection.

 

You will be involved in all aspects of recruitment including: taking job briefs, providing advice on attraction strategies, actively searching for talent, pre-screening applications and also participating on assessment panels where required.

 

You will contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment practices and processes and assist the recruitment managers to monitor the team’s compliance and identify and address any arising issues. 

 

About you

 

Experience delivering a high quality customer-focused service in recruitment and an ability to manage multiple competing priorities will ensure your success in this role. You understand the importance of building effective working relationships with stakeholders and this comes naturally to you.

 

The team possess a high drive and huge emphasis on continuing to improve our recruitment model. Your success in this role will be also be determined by your ability to work as part of a team in a complex and sometimes ambiguous environment.
