HR Advisor (Projects) contract has become available with one of our valued highly reputable corporate services client who are located in the heart of Sydney's CBD. This role has come about due to a volume of project work within the HR team, so this contract will initially be 3 months with an immediate start. 

Your next role will see you working client facing, directly with the business, and also in collaboration with the HR team when delivering HR/Change projects or new initiatives. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work within a close knit team of HR Business Partners. There are some specialists within the team looking after Learning and Recruitment which you will also find yourself working closely with. You will find yourself supporting line managers in all areas of HR and dealing with all levels of staff across the national organisation. 

To be successful in this role you will have: 

• HR generalist experience at the HR Advisory or HR Project Consultant level, preferably from within a corporate environment; 
• Ability to engage with and win the respect of all staff, including senior leaders; 
• Ability to advise on all HR matters and influence managers and staff on any HR change initiatives;  
• Strong Project Coordination experience; 
• Superior interpersonal, coaching, communication, negotiation and consultative skills; 
• Strong generalist understanding of HR legislation, risk and compliance issues; 
• Degree qualifications will be highly desirable but not essential.
