A fixed term opportunity for an experienced HR Consultant with experience in ER and strategic projects
Your new company
A new 6 month fixed term opportunity exists for an experienced HR Consultant to support a local department on a number of key HR projects.
Your new role
This position will see you as the Lead on a number of key projects focused around employee engagement, feedback review, reporting and recommendations. You will also provide support on key events, policy development and review and ad hoc employee relations investigations.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in strategic planning and HR projects. You career will have a strong focus on Employee Relations including retention, engagement, reporting and reviews. You will be available to commence immediately and be able to commit to a 6 month assignment. Strong stakeholder engagement and computer skills are essential. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources are preferred.
