We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to support our resourcing function, which forms part of our organisational capability team based in Mount Waverly, Victoria.
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to support our resourcing function, which forms part of our organisational capability team based in Mount Waverly, Victoria.
You will work in a high-volume recruitment environment with a span across multiple business units and varying role types including operations, engineering, sales and finance. Your keen attention to detail and your ability to efficiently manage the end-to-end recruitment process will be critical in delivering timely, successful outcomes for our stakeholders and the business.
Reporting to the National Manager, Talent and Sourcing, you will also contribute to resourcing projects as required. Your advice will be needed on best-practice initiatives and you will play a key role in the identification of process improvements and efficiencies within the team.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following attributes:
- previous recruitment experience (ideally internal within a high-volume environment);
- skills in stakeholder management, influencing and communication;
- an ability to work well under pressure within a complex environment; and a proven commitment to candidate care.
