Because of this, an amazing opportunity now exists for a Business Development Solutions Consultant to join their Sydney CBD head office team.

About the Position:

Reporting to the NSW Branch Manager, whilst being supported by a large resourcing and delivery team, this position involves developing new and maintaining existing client relationships within your very own Technology vertical. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Formulating a strategy and business plan to target new and existing clients to make a positive contribution to the businesses bottom line
  • Ability to understand client’s requirements, identify business issues and convert them into solutions
  • Continually developing your knowledge within your vertical’s market and providing in-depth industry and market expertise to clients

With short/medium term sales cycles, this role would suit a strategic hunter who is comfortable executing day to day business development activities.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a proven ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of an organization
  • Proven experience working with external clients ranging from small to large
  • Strong experience across Business Development, with a proven track record in client retention and winning new recruitment opportunities
  • Experience working with the technology industry
  • Results driven and customer focused
