About the Role
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be working as part of a BP team within a larger HR team, which includes centres of excellence. You will work together across a range of HR activities to support the largest client group in the business. This will be a varied role which will include:

• Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Employee Relations, including case management and coaching leaders within this area.
• Supporting recruitment activity at higher levels, including workforce planning.
• Change management through restructures and business changes
• Project work around mental health, absenteeism and other hot topics for the business.
• Remuneration reviews.

This is a fixed term contract available until May 2019, with the potential to extend. You have the option to be based either in Brisbane’s Northern suburbs, the Sunshine Coast, or Brisbane’s Inner North – but all will require some fairly frequent travel across these locations.

About You
To be considered for this role, you will have substantial previous HR experience gained in a generalist capacity. You will have maturity in your approach and a high level of resilience, being able to work in a continually changing environment.
