About the role

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a hardworking and enthusiastic HR Manager. You will have worked in a high-level HR capacity previously and pride yourself on your ability to support and organise a large team across multiple locations. You will be working closely with the Company Director and will be supporting them in daily meetings and agenda’s. This opportunity allows you to showcase your drive, passion and relationship management skills.

Duties:

  • Conflict resolution
  • Coordinating team member reviews
  • Facilitate communication between the staff and other members of the Executive team
  • Organise, attend meetings
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders internal and external
  • Produce correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Plan, organise and produce events
  • Balance a team environment
  • Maintain current policies and procedures

About you

  • You have several years’ experience working in the HR field
  • Preferably have professional services experience
  • Have a strong business acumen and the confidence to communicate with senior executives and other team members
  • You have the ability to work autonomously
  • Available to travel between multiple locations
  • You will have the ability to manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
