About the role
As the HR Officer, you will be working with multiple stakeholders in identifying, planning and executing learning needs for specified teams within a fast paced, complex environment. You will also coordinate implement diverse high quality learning programs, HR programs and initiatives.
The successful person must also be able to demonstrate high initiative, excellent written and verbal communication skills and have an ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels across the business.
This is an temporary role in accordance with the Government Sector Employment Act 2013 for a period of up to 12 months.
A Recruitment Pool may be created to fill similar roles for both ongoing and temporary opportunities if and as they arise.

- Salary range $92,470 pa - $102,359 pa plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

2. Please detail an example of a time when you upheld professional standards in your own and others work. In your answer, please explain the situation, the action you took and the outcome.
Part of the assessment process may include additional online capability testing, skills testing or work samples in accordance with the new Government Sector Employment Act 2013; therefore you may be contacted to participate. You may also be asked to complete a Health Declaration Form in later stages of the assessment process.
