Our client within the Government is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant for a temporary role within their busy team.
In this role you will provide consultancy services including end to end recruitment and employment strategies and solutions.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing innovative and targeted strategies to attract and recruit staff;
- Provide recruitment advisory, consultancy and project management services including advising on recruitment policy and procedures;
- End to end recruitment and attraction processes;
- Providing advice on and interpreting and advising on recruitment policies and procedures;
- Liaising with preferred supplier agency personnel and their candidates regarding contractor recruitment, including rate negotiations where applicable;
To be successful in this role you will have:
- End to end recruitment experience including facilitation of assessment centres and behaviour based interviewing;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Previous recruitment experience and the ability to develop attraction and recruitment strategies;
- The ability to work collaboratively within a professional team environment;
- A high level of computer literacy and keyboarding skills, specifically in MS Word and Excel.
