THE ORGANISATION 
Our client is a leading, global professional services firm. They are currently looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their forward thinking team. This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. 

THE ROLE
Due to a constant changing environment and a number of exciting HR projects and initiatives being rolled out, there is now a need for a Senior HR Business Partner to join this organisation on a permanent basis. This role has a broad generalist remit and you will report into a senior business leader. You will be responsible for acting as a trusted advisor, to plan, resource and execute the companies annual business and HR plans. You will partner with senior leaders, drive and implement strategic resourcing requirements and you will support leaders to address all employment relations matters and issues providing coaching where necessary. You will assist with the roll out of initiatives and get involved with a number of projects. This role has a good mix of operational and strategic responsibilities. 

THE CRITERIA 
The successful candidate must be extremely customer focused and will possess excellent stakeholder management skills. You must have the confidence to work closely with senior leaders, as well as the ability to influence and challenge. You must be an experienced HR generalist ideally who has worked in a fast paced commercial environment and ideally you will have experience in digital/tech industries.
