We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Advisor to join the Pacific HR Team

Based in Oakleigh, Melbourne and reporting to the Human Resource Director – Pacific Region, this role will be involved in providing responsive and proactive HR support across Australia in line with global and local HR policies, processes and protocols. You will be working in a fast-paced generalist role which requires a high level of collaboration and team work to achieve our key objective of attracting and developing high performing, engaged employees, and a company culture that embraces continuous improvement to meet the changing environment.  

This role is an excellent opportunity to further develop your HR Advisor generalist skills, while also taking ownership of the end to end recruitment and onboarding portfolio. You will get the opportunity to use a range of innovative ideas for targeting candidates and developing and maintaining recruitment resources and tools that meet the changing demographic, and use of social media, while providing support to Managers to ensure a positive recruitment and onboarding experience for successful applicants.

As part of the Pacific HR team you will get to apply your knowledge of employment and HR practices gained through our tertiary qualification and 3 years’ experience, across the various states in Australia, while also getting exposure to the NZ employment environment providing general HR advice and support to Managers. Manufacturing or Sales focused environments experience will be advantageous.

Along with the usual HR Admin and monthly reporting and analytics, there are always a number of projects on the go including the implementation of a HRIS in late 2018.
