The challenge now is to take performance to the next level.  As such, they need a talented training professional to contribute to all stages of learning and engagement initiatives that support the development of organisational culture, performance, engagement, leadership and all aspects of organisational change and development.  

To be successful in this newly created role, you will ideally have appropriate tertiary qualifications and previous experience developing learning materials across a wide range of topics and multiple channels adopting a blended approach which includes developing e-learning content.  However, whilst experience tells a story, the right values and attitude speaks louder still.   You must be an intelligent, customer focused individual with solid ethics and strong relationship building skills who is able to adapt to changing and competing priorities.
