We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Recruitment Resourcer to join our team.  We are passionate about making a difference for our clients and candidates and are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to power their career with us.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills to engage with candidates and clients
  • Show initiative to think ahead and plan your workload
  • Ability to pick up information quickly, be flexible and adapt to everyday recruitment challenges
  • Experience within the recruitment industry preferred but not essential.  We are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking a job brief, writing targeted adverts, viewing resumes and phone screening, organising face to face interviews and reference checking  
  • Negotiate wages, terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain a commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
  • Focusing on candidate care to maintain and grow the candidate database by:
    • Regular communication with candidates throughout the selection process.
    • Continuous communication with candidates throughout the assignment period
  • Ensure all recruitment administration is accurate and processed in a timely manner
  • Attend company's work site to inspect and complete OH&S inspection forms
  • Regular telephone conversation with hiring personnel on candidates' performance
  • Understanding of employee contracts, pay awards and agreements
