An amazing opportunity has presented for a HR Coordinator! Working within a team of 5 HR professionals for a Blackburn (Eastern suburbs) based American owned security organisation. This position will commence as a 3 month contract. You will be surrounded by a passionate team that will help build and shape your career within HR. The company will be flexible if you want to work part-time.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to: Deal with general enquiries around the recruitment process, such as reference checks, post advertisements, police checks etc. You will work on the documentation around the staff and make sure that all the documents are there so the company will be compliant. You will create the contracts and work on policies and procedures.
Currently we are looking for a person with a pro-active attitude, who is able to take ownership their job and is able to make a great impact. While working within a friendly team environment. With a background in HR and strong attention to detail, this role will definitely fit you. You are able to work part-time in this position as well as full-time. You are a person who can work autonomously as well as in a team.
Your new manager is a very warm and friendly person who will not be micro-managing you. She will make sure that your team has an open communication.
