Demand on our services has created another opportunity for a Learning & Development Administrator to join the Melbourne People & Development team. This is a unique opportunity join a team that presents exciting potential for career advancement and significant development opportunities.  

The key responsibilities and requirements for this roles are as follows:

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate and manage activities for the delivery of L&D programs, including   

o    coordinating materials and venues    

o    liaising with delegates and presenters   

o    organising travel   

o    overseeing program administration via the firm’s off-shore Global Support Centre

  • Take ownership of L&D processes including tracking participation, attendance rates, record keeping, filing & processing invoices
  • Provide PA support to L&D Manager as required

Requirements

  • Previous L&D Administration/Coordination experience gained within a professional services firm
  • The ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in L&D or related discipline
