An opportunity now exists for a motivated, success-driven individual to join our team in our Sydney Branch, as a healthcare allocator. The primary objective of this role is to suitable personnel into roles according to client requirements. Located next to the Wynyard Station, we are an experienced team focused on a quality delivery of service to our clients within the not for profit and Social Care sector.

About you and your experience:
- Demonstrable experience in the recruitment or healthcare industries
- Demonstrable call centre experience
- Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships
- Excellent safety awareness and adherence to processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and think outside of the square
About the role:
- Search for suitable candidates within the not for profit and Social Care sector
- Filling shifts with suitable qualified personnel
- Assisting in health and safety compliance
- Advise personnel of all uniform requirements
- Provide feedback on personnel performance
