The Role:

Senior Human Resources Advisor will provide support and advice to key stakeholders on industrial/employee relations and general HR matters.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in HR generalist role providing a broad range of HR expertise
  • A comprehensive understanding of Industrial Relations matters, including the ability to interpret and apply relevant awards/agreements, legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, including the ability to engage and liaise with individuals at all levels of the organisation
  • Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills to manage workplace issues
  • Demonstrated experience of contemporary HR/IR practice
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring leaders and employees
  • Tertiary level qualification in Human Resources/Industrial Relations and/or relevant discipline
  • Current WA driver’s license
  • National Police Clearance (no older than 3 months)
  • Experience in Community/Disability/Health Care Sector is desirable but not essential
