On the whole, we spend much of our time on the phone meaning the office has a buzz about it. In between calls we strategize, develop and deliver on multiple levels. During admin and back-end time we have fun – and lots of it!
The profession has varying levels of engagement and finding your niche is all part of the thrill, but it has some common ground rules. One of the most critical is activity, meaning we are always busy doing something, from creative advertising, strategic planning, managing expectations and delivery.
Earning and learning come down to ability and application. We have the tools and the support to give you the ability, you bring the application, determination and drive along with your winning mentality – that’s all!
