What you'll be doing

Providing administration support across Creator social campaigns and partnerships. The ideal entry level role within Social Soup where you will learn what we do from the ground up and contribute to the team through your organization, timeliness and high standards.

Specifically-

Creator Campaign Support:

• Use internal software to update team members on projects and adjust timelines as directed by Manager.
• Mash content to front website, tag and moderate campaign content when Live
• Select photo and competition winners – working with tech and CM to manage timing of winners on a day to day basis
• Monitor dashboards daily and highlight trends and immediately flag watch outs internally with the team.
• Curate and source high quality pack contents to optimize social influencers experience and produce high quality content for campaigns
• Facilitate and support internal/external meetings for Creator team
• Work with Campaign Leads and Tech team for any checks or testing on App and comms for creators
• Check-ins via phone or email with influencers/creators for posting content.

Creator intelligence:

• Highlight great content for Social Soup website and future campaigns
• Tag new creators to join the community with the appropriate tags.
• Flag trending content in real time, so that Campaign managers can amplify or share with clients.

Copy/Communications:

• Support Social and Partnership campaign copy needs when written (Example: internal briefing documents, debrief decks for clients, app briefs, creator adhoc comms etc).

Social Media Support:

• Daily monitoring of campaign hashtags and thoughtful interaction with Creator community via the Social Soup branded social handles.
• Daily Monitoring of social media pages for partnerships clients and flag any adverse events or issues with Social Media Manager
• Help coordinate competitions and social content creation across Instagram and other platforms including FRIYAYs, Snapchat, etc
• Ad hoc creatives for social, re-cropping photos, repurposing content, quotes, finding content, etc
• Support with monthly reports for clients.

Creator Recruitment:

• Assist with campaign recruitment and outreaching to influencers for campaigns
• Identifying influencers for campaigns outside the community by reviewing relevant hashtags and organically on Instagram.

For success..

• Recent Graduate of degree in media/comms/social/digital/pr/advertising with a flair for writing copy and genuine interest in social media and content
• Natural curiosity for all things digital and social
• Resourceful, eager to learn and shows initiative
• Self-motivated and able to get the job done
• Thinks, acts and explores the ‘why’, the wider picture and asks questions
• An ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines
• A team player who is proactive, flexible, results-oriented and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment
• Strong demonstrated ability to work cross functionally with all levels/teams.
