News Corp’s News Regional Media, publishers of more than 50 websites, continues to embark on rapid expansion in the digital space.
We are seeking an energetic, passionate and experienced digital news producer who will assist drive the online news agenda and engagement with our audience through our digital and social media platforms.
You will be expected to efficiently produce network content and promote it well through social media and through news alerts.
You will have a strong understanding of analytics and the nuances of regional audiences.
We are looking for a team player, someone who is able to work well with others, to champion the growing demands of our digital readers and subscribers.
Reporting to the Group Digital Editor, and working from either Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast, you will work as part of digital media team, producing news, sports, lifestyle, entertainment and community content for our sites.
Full training will be provided in our content management system, use of social media, and other areas of website management.
