As the Digital Content Director for the Hit Network - Your new role will see you responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Hit Network’s digital portfolio of Brands including managing the creation and delivery of digital content to all our Station websites and entertainment vertical, Scoopla.
You will also have a strong input into the ongoing development of the Southern Cross Austereo Digital Content Strategy across our sites, mobile platforms and social media. The person will live and breathe our brands day to day and ensure it is correctly positioned and manifested with the right content, to the right audience at the right time.
Make no mistake, we are after the best! As the successful applicant you will have:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in managing projects using the full Web content & product lifecycle (including creative, technical and editorial components)
- Online journalism experience and management experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to develop and manage project timeline, resources, vendors, and budgetary requirements
- Experience in producing and delivering entertainment content for either radio, television, on-line and mobile
- Negotiate and manage partner relationships, ensuring the best outcome for SCA
- Lead recruitment, training and the development of new staff to the online content team
- Excellent understanding of all web based tools including but not limited to CMS, CRM platforms
