Performance Media Analyst
Our client is looking for a Performance Media Analyst to join their award winning Media team.
The ideal candidate will be across the latest digital marketing platforms and be able to maximize consumer driven data-led insights. The aim will be to personalise marketing across their website and paid media channels.
In addition, you will be innovative across new digital marketing capability including the centralisation of multiple digital marketing channels e.g. SEM, Remarketing and Display Advertising and Programmatic.
The Performance Media Analyst will be responsible for analysing, actioning the insights and co-ordinating with all relevant stakeholders for operational requirements primarily for the ongoing SEM Centralisation work which will then flow onto Remarketing.

This role will specifically they will be focused on:
- At least 3-5 years within Performance Marketing including but not limited to Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and Remarketing
- Extensive experience in digital marketing, personalisation and optimisation
- Strong analytical ability with web analytics experience preferred
- Experience with and/or understanding of digital marketing tools such as the Adobe Marketing Cloud
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written with an ability to translate complex information into effective and influential insights and communication
- Balance the ability to think strategically with an appetite to be hands on with day-to-day execution and analysis
- Sound stakeholder management and engagement
- Project management experience
- Knowledge and application of Microsoft Office packages, including advanced Microsoft Excel capability
- Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project milestones and deadlines.
- Financial Services would be advantageous!
