The business is located in leafy Abbotsofrd, just off Victoria street, close to the Yarra, river opposite Moondog Brewery and around the corner from a number of hip cafes.
The role
Working with senior managers, you will champion the cause for:
Duties & Responsibilities
Client-side tasks
Kick-off meetings with client for project planning
Weekly project status updates on projects to clients
Project cost monitor and management
Client point of communication
Change capture and management
Project planning
Internal tasks
Preparation and facilitation of Monday morning work in progress (WIP) meetings
Facilitation of daily stand-ups with the teams
Maintain project system and processes
Establish and maintain internal processes upon identifying any new efficiency strategies
Management of resources and resource time allocation
Software
Bascecamp, Teamwork or similar
MS Office
Google suite
Essential skills
Project management concepts
Excellent time management skills
Excellent phone manner
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience managing digital projects with an understanding of scope management and requirements
Ability to work on multiple projects
Ability to monitor projects at the task level
Ability to track time against allocated hours
Highly desirable skills
Digital agency or design agency background
Any professional certifications or tertiary qualifications
Must have
Australian citizenship
Full drivers licence
Employment hours
9am - 5:30pm (hours are negotiable)
Monday - Friday (days Negotiable)
Salary : Negotiable
