We are looking for an outstanding Real Estate Floorplans Manager to lead our energetic team, working primarily to deliver high quality Real Estate Floorplans.
Responsibilities
- Manage the workflow of the Floorplans team to ensure services are met within required deadlines.
- Recruit, train and develop the Floorplans team both permanent and contractors.
- Provide quotes for jobs with special requirements.
- Provide regular reporting and feedback to staff on levels of individual and team accuracy.
- Manage offshore production team.
- Manage end-to-end production of Commercial Floorplan projects.
- Liaise with clients to interpret briefs and effectively communicate product expectations and the desired outcomes of each booking as well as respond to general client enquiries arising from day to day workflow.
What You’ll Bring
A minimum of 2 years experience in a Drafting/Floorplans position is preferred. Experience leading small teams and managing workflow is essential.
Other technical requirements would include:
- Ability to sketch, read and understand architectural/building plans is essential.
- Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience working on various CMS and MAC/PC platforms.

- Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to back ideas with relevant data, information, examples and or demonstrations.
- Ability to foster a team environment that promotes innovative and creative solutions or services, using intuition, experimentation and fresh perspectives.
- Adaptable to meet the needs of clients at all times and the ability to understand from their perspective.
- Efficient and process driven with the ability to succeed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
