Real Estate Photographer/Videographer - Contract Basis Bendigo and Central Victoria

In addition to high quality daylight, dusk, elevated and aerial photography, Top Snap can maximize the impact of all property campaigns with a professional suite of visual marketing tools which include 360degree virtual tours, standard, coloured, textured or 3D floor plans, virtual furniture, copywriting and online video tours.

We have the rare opportunity available to join our team with this challenging but exciting role.
This exciting and challenging job will involve servicing regular clients in the rental, sales and commercial property industry with photography, measuring and drawing floor plans ready for our CAD team to create and managing post production photographs in this territory of Bendigo and Central Victoria.
We are also looking for experienced Videographers to keep up with demand in this growing sector.
Our key objectives are to profile each agency to their specific visual marketing requirements to deliver stand out results.
The successful applicant will have an education in professional videography/photography, a strong background within the real estate sector and be extremely organized, outgoing and a self-starter. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to grow with this rapidly expanding company and will ideally be a part of the Top Snaps future expansion and innovation.
You must have a full frame DSLR and a range of specific lenses. You will be required to work at various locations in Central Victoria and to use your own vehicle. You will also need to have an ABN and public liability insurance and police check. You will need good communication skills, a friendly professional attitude and be willing and interested to learn new skills and techniques.
