An award-winning full-service digital agency in Sydney is looking for a Senior Account Manager with conceptual and practical digital knowledge to join their team. Our client is experiencing 800% growth and is one of the largest independent agencies with offices in Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne.

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing a diverse range of clients, including the opportunity to manage an important tier 1 client to ensure overall customer retention and client satisfaction. Ultimately, the successful applicant will contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress into a Senior Account Director.

Responsibilities:

• Own a diverse portfolio of campaigns and succeed in achieving client satisfaction, profitability and revenue growth of those accounts.
• Develop and nurture amazing relationships, know your clients business throughout and continually grow your customer base.
• Focus on commercial growth of the client portfolio which includes pitching to new business prospects.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience as an account manager within a digital agency
• Strong communication and account management skills.
• A creative thinker who actively seeks solutions to problems.
• Ambitious, strong time management, task management skills.
• Must be an AU citizen or have appropriate AU working visa.
