Australian Imaging & Photo Group requires a Photographer Manager to manage our Santa photography business in New South Wales - "Santas Photo Factory" from September to December 2018. Based in Sydney, you will manage approximately 60 staff in Sydney and rural NSW, so a car and driver licence will be required.
This role is one of: staff management, hiring & scheduling staff, and general troubleshooting throughout the photography season. Equipment is provided to our photographers.
You will have professional photographic experience as you will be recruiting and managing our photographic staff. In addition you will be dealing directly with managers of the centers that we are contracted to.
The hours of work are flexible and will vary weekly. However you can choose your own hours.
This position will suit a person already working in the photographic industry and looking for something extra to fill out the work week.
You must have:
- a reliable car
- a computer - laptop or tablet preferred for portability
- reliable internet access
- a company phone and email account will be provided for the duration of the contract.
But most of all you will be a fantastic communicator and enjoy interacting with a variety of people, especially when under pressure.
