Account Director / Senior Account Director  - Digital & Social 

We are looking for a confident and proactive Senior Account Director who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills that work well as part of a team and can deliver social and digital campaigns to join one of the world's best-known agencies. Working as part of their Sydney team you will work on one of the agencies most high profile entertainment and telco accounts and be responsible for developing ongoing relationships, full budget control, and creative management.

With awesome 'New York' style offices based in the heart of Sydney you will oversee a variety of projects and have a small team of executives reporting into you. This will be a digital and social-focused role - So we are looking for someone who can demonstrate previous experience delivering digital campaigns, social media advertising and social video content creation, and high impact digital performance assets. 

The successful Senior Account Director  will possess the following: 

• Previous experience as Account Director within a digital or social agency
• Positive and vibrant personality with a creative and nothing is impossible mindset.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
•  Ability to manage own work within a complex team and build effective relationships internationally (production/ strategy/creative) 
• Excellent relationship building skills- good verbal and written communication skills, proactive, confident and full of energy
