SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

EXPERIENCE IN BELOW THE LINE AGENCIES A MUST.

Ideally suited to someone wanting a job share part time position (3 – 4 days).

Here is a stunning opportunity for the right person to step in and build on current projects in a long-established Melbourne below-the-line agency specialising in promotions, events, digital campaigns, loyalty programs, POS and artwork design.

The Agency has been operating for over 35 years and at one stage was one of Australia’s biggest Promotion Companies. Over the past few years, owing to a combination of factors (age, babies, deaths etc.), we have shrunk to a small boutique shop (currently 6 team members) and have been happily cruising along by retaining half a dozen of the best operators and a few blue chip, loyal clients.

We are currently looking for new offices. This, along with our assets of experience and current client base offers a unique opportunity for someone with the right qualifications, proven know-how and ambitions to jump in. You’d need to have appreciation for, and complement our “good bits”, like our family culture, creativity, client service levels and non-precious work ethics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day running of projects
  • Develop strategic concepts to meet client objectives and brief requirements
  • Presenting and pitching to clients
  • Manage projects from end to end with minimal direction
  • Maintain and strengthen portfolios of client and client relationships
  • Manage all client, in-house and supplier relationships
  • Manage timelines and cost estimates
  • Develop creative briefs
  • Be capable of recognising and maximising new business opportunities
