An Ecosystem Planning Manager is the custodian of great communications planning, ensuring strategy and ideas come to life for clients through our work. Combining the use of our planning tools, creative thinking and collaboration with client stakeholders, this person will architect the best OEB ecosystem to unlock growth for a client.

ROLE  RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to translate a strategic platform into a holistic ecosystem of media, content & experiences.
• An understanding of communication planning theories
• A good understanding of the media landscape
• Understanding of clients’ business, brand and industry.
• Lead brief interrogation, insights and planning for non-strategy briefs
• Lead or partner on ideation, ensuring collaboration with Carat, the DAN OM and agency partners
• Leverage different ideation techniques to ensure great ideas surface in brainstorms.
• Full understanding of planning tools available to the agency
• Collaborate to ensure best in class media partner briefing and evaluation processes, ensuring constructive feedback post evaluation.
• Ability to build holistic implementation presentations and schedules, relaying to Investment teams for negotiation and implementation.
• Presentation skills that demonstrate storytelling abilities and persuasive techniques
• Support senior strategy colleagues on new business pitches as required
