About the role

Job Description:

This job will predominately be developing recipes for the Leah Itsines brand. You will be directly involved in creating quick, simple and delicious recipes for our fast-growing community through managing the recipe process from start-to-finish.

The Job:

• Create, document and test recipes in the Leah Itsines test kitchen.
• Analyse and take on board feedback from our recipe testers and rework the recipes accordingly
• Take on board the Customer Satisfaction and implement learnings for future recipes
• Order groceries based on needs and source ingredients for the Leah Itsines test kitchen
• High volume of work each week, must be extremely organised and able to stay on top of all your jobs each week.

Skills and experience

What we need from you: 

• 2 years' experience in a food and recipe related field and a creative flair for cooking
• Must be based locally, in Adelaide. 
• Exceptional written expression for the editing of, simple, easy to understand recipe methods
• A passion for the food industry, particularly a vast knowledge of ingredients and cooking techniques
• Highly organised with a supreme attention to detail, you must cross-check until you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that all recipes are correct
• Must be proactive, ambitious, and assertive: take ownership and responsibility of your work and think beyond the scope of any given assignment
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, G Suite, Google Dox and Dropbox
• Must be passionate about our business and changing the food landscape not only in Australia, worldwide too.
• Must own your own laptop and come to work prepared, each and every day. 
• Must be willing to work extra hours on any given day
• Must be available weekdays
